1. What is FanGamb?FanGamb, short for Fantasy Gambling, is a sports betting competition between friends. You create a league or join a league that's already been created by a friend and then you start playing by placing bets. The player with the largest bankroll at the end of the season is the champion.2. Is this real gambling with real money?No! FanGamb uses fake money throughout the entire site to place wagers on real sporting events. It's just a game to be played with friends!3. What does it cost?FanGamb is FREE!4. What if I never placed a sports bet before?Don't worry, if you are a sports fan learning how to place bets takes just a few minutes. Our betting guide lays it all out for you.5. How do I sign up?If you want to start a league, just click on "Create League" on the homepage. It takes about 1 minute to set up a league and then all you have to do is invite your friends. If you received an invite code from a friend, just enter it on the homepage and go from there.6. Where can I find my invite code?If you were invited to join a league by a friend, then you should have received an invite code from him/her. If not, just ask them for it.7. How many people can I have in my league?FanGamb recommends forming leagues with anywhere from 6 to 20 players, but you can create a league with as little as 2 people or as many as 49.8. When does the game start?As soon as you create your league, the league starts. Once your friends join your league, they can start placing bets immediately. You will want everyone joining to do so at the same time so everyone has a fair chance at placing bets that week.9. When does the game end?FanGamb football is broken into two games. The first game ends on December 28th with the conclusion of Week 16 of the NFL. Game #2 starts Tuesday December 29th and ends with the conclusion of the Super Bowl.10. Can I get more money if I run out?No, so manage your bankroll wisely! Once you run out of money you are eliminated from that game. You can always create a new league though!11. What are LOCK bets?LOCK bets are unique to FanGamb. A LOCK bet in FanGamb allows you to either double, triple, or quadruple your winnings on a specific bet without increasing the amount you are risking. See the betting guide for more info.12. What is a max bet?This is the maximum amount of money you can risk on a single bet. There is no limit to the number of bets you can place, just a limit on how much you can risk on a specific bet.13. Can I bet on other sports besides football?For this football season, you will only be able to place bets on football. We soon will be adding other sports so check back again in a few months.14. Can I play in multiple leagues?Yes! Play in as many leagues as you like. |
